CD Andalucian Modern is starting a new project and is building the perfect dream house for one of its clients. The project is going to be a great new luxury villa in Lomas de la Quinta Urbanisation in Benahavís (Malaga).

The villa is going to have a lot of modernity, a big amount of space and beautiful finishings with a lot of nature around it. The total villa is going to be 629,90m2 and will have a ground floor, first floor, a basement and a covered porch. The covered porch is going to be 52,40m2 and the terraces 39.27m2.  It will have six bedrooms, five bathrooms and two toilets.

The villa is also going to have the perfect relax elements such as: a spa, a gym, a Turkish bath, a sauna and a bar!

Could you see yourself in a house like this after perhaps a long workday or on your holidays? We realise your dream! But a dream house does not always have to be big.
